You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All purchases are one-time payments in US dollars. No recurring charges.
Refunds available within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@scoopy-clean.com to request a refund.
Pro Lite ($7.99), Pro Full ($14.99), and Lifetime access are non-transferable and tied to your account permanently with no recurring charges.
Users may not share false veterinary information, access other users' data, use the app for commercial veterinary practice or medical diagnosis, sell or transfer their profile, or use the app to advertise goods and services.
Users may upload photos, videos, and documents related to their pets. You retain ownership of your content. By uploading you grant Scoopy Clean LLC a license to store and display your content within the app.
The app contains links to Google Maps and veterinary resources. We are not responsible for third-party content.

Scoopy Clean LLC operates pet care services, a mobile application, and PawPoint vending machines under the same legal entity. These terms apply specifically to the mobile application. Emergency contacts in the app are for reference only — always contact a licensed veterinarian for emergencies.
